Value Added Reseller
Value Added Reseller Partners are companies that select and sell best-of-breed hardware and software products that are functionally synergistic and complementary to Dexterra. The addition of the Dexterra solution adds value to their current portfolio creating additional value-added solutions for their customer base.

Systems Integrator
Systems Integrator Partners are premier regional or global technology and business solutions integrators that design, select and integrate best-of-breed technologies, with best-practices and methods, and implement real-world solutions to companies looking to build or enhance their business through their IT infrastructure.

Hardware
Hardware Partners are manufacturers of mobile infrastructure equipment (Pocket PC devices, barcode scanners, GPS, Phones, etc.) which when combined in a solution with Dexterra add value to customer specific solutions.

Application Service Provider
ASP Partners are service providers that provide secure, managed business application services and charge customers on a subscription-based model. As the Internet expands to accommodate the increasing number of web-services based transactions, Dexterra is becoming the business governance mobilization solution of choice. Dexterra is ideally suited for ASPs due to our ease of implementation, adaptive architecture, rapid customization and scalable licensing model.

OEM
OEM partners private-license components of or all of the Dexterra technology to enhance their product suites. The resulting combined new solution delivers their customers a “1 + 1 = 3” equation – where the value proposition is greater than that of the sum of the products working independently. An OEM will most likely extend their current offering by adding Dexterra as the mobile offering in a private-label relationship that will drive maximum functionality to their customer as well as maximum profits to their bottom line.

Telecom Service Provider
TSP Partners are those wireless service providers that provide wireless data networks that can carry business data traffic over the Internet including GSM (GPRS), 3G, WiFi and cellular modem ‘calls’, and either sell or allow the use of Pocket PC phones (like the T-Mobile and O2 xda). The value to the TSB of a partnership with Dexterra is the packaging of business solutions in conjunction with the handset device to retain existing large corporate customers and convert competitors corporate customers en mass.
