and Appoints New CEO

Bothell, Washington — December 2, 2002 — Dexterra Inc., a leading mobile enterprise application provider, today announced that it raised six million US dollars in Series A funding from Sigma Partners of Menlo Park, California. The funding coincides with the appointment of Dexterra’s co-founder and Chairman, Robert Loughan, as Chief Executive Officer.
